Welcome to Axis Capital Limited, a boutique advisory firm with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions and all associated strategic matters.

With our extensive international Board level and entrepreneurial background we partner with public and private corporate clients to deliver independent advice on all financial, strategic and tactical elements of evaluating and executing M&A transactions. As part of this process we work with our clients to design and execute comprehensive strategies to successfully grow their businesses.

Our founders, Mark Duffy and Lutz Hartmann combine their vast experience and know-how gained from many years as executives and advisors on international deals and the strategic development of companies. They have both held “C” level positions in European publicly traded companies, and have been involved in over 500+ M&A transactions. The founders also have a rare experience and unique perspective, both having managed companies on the African continent.
